The conductor plate has a resistance (16) mounted on a support (13) and provided with connectors (19,20) made from a metal layer (23) applied to the support. The connectors each have a bay-type shape with resistance material (29) inserted between same. At least one connector element in one bay (25) has at least one web which projects between the arms of the connectors into the resistance material. An independent claim is also included for a method for making electrical device with a support where connectors for a resistance are each structured in bay fashion from a metal layer applied to the support and resistance material is inserted by screen printing or injection moulding between the connectors.
