PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commercial transaction system capable of reducing transaction data and the number of data processing programs thereof. SOLUTION: This commercial transaction system comprises a log-in state detecting means for detecting the log-in state of a terminal device whose log-in is permitted, and a data processing means allowing data processing of the transaction data in the terminal device whose log-in is permitted. In the terminal device detected to be in a first transactor state by the log-in state detecting means, the data processing means allows the data processing by extracting the transaction data having a transactor code of the first transactor in the transaction table. In the terminal device detected to be in a second transactor state by the log-in state detecting means, the data processing means allows the data processing by extracting the transaction data having a transactor code of the second transactor in the transaction table.
