PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming very fine fiber or fine plastic particles of a plastic, which can almost not be produced conventionally. SOLUTION: This method for forming the plastic is provided by extruding the plastic composition containing at least 2 components forming islands in sea structure in which the component A constituting the sea is a polyester and the component B constituting the islands is a compound not being hydrolyzed or having a slower hydrolyzation rate than that of the component A, and then hydrolyzing.
