PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of directly copying and printing an image and character information captured from an image reader (scanner) onto a CD-R or a DVD-R without the need for a personal computer thereby allowing a user to print out a desired image and desired characters on the surface of an electronic information recording medium with a simple work and eliminating the need for troublesome personal computer works. SOLUTION: While the user confirms the image read by and received from the scanner on a viewer being an image display means, the user determines a size and a position of the image to be printed according to magnification/reduction and trimming works of the image to be printed on the screen of the viewer, and directly prints out the image to the CD-R or the DVD-R being the electronic information recording medium set to a recorded unit.
