PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve drawbacks in which a user must manage the IP address of a key management server and a password, and in addition, that it takes long time required for enabling access because the user manually logs in. SOLUTION: A key file control module 2 automatically reads a key management server name in a key file 3, activates a DNS protocol processing module 6, and execute solution of an address.
