PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily restore synchronism, when a transmitted signal is not synchronized. SOLUTION: When a receiving device 2 does not receive a synchronization signal by a previously selected antenna, a selection control unit C2 performs control, in such manner that antenna switching processing for successively switching antennas 6a to 6h and measuring reception intensities of the respective antennas is repeated in cycles that are shorter than the transmission period of transmission information of radio signal, to detect an antenna having the maximum intensity; and the detected maximum-intensity antenna is selected and switched as a receiving antenna, to receive synchronism information and continuously connected at least, until a synchronization signal is received. Furthermore, the selection control unit C2 performs control so that the antenna switching processing for detecting the maximum-intensity antenna is repeated for a period longer than a non-transmission period of the transmission information.
