PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device with a simple constitution which can separately measure a face-to-face tilt quantity and a face-to-face shift quantity of an aspheric lens in a short time accurately and execute such measurement, and to provide a measuring program. SOLUTION: Eccentricities of the first surface R1 and the second surface R2 of the aspheric lens 1 are measured, and on the basis of the measured result, the inter-surface tilt quantity and the inter-surface shift quantity are operated. The eccentricities of the first surface R1 and the second surface R2 are measured with the first process for measuring the eccentricity of the first surface R1 from a reference of a reference axis of which the angle to the aspheric axis of the second surface R2 is known, and the second process for measuring the eccentricity of the second surface R from the reference of the reference axis.
