PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of connecting elastic bodies etc. together, which is easily carried out in the field by employing a simple tool, without requiring a dedicated connecting mold or a power source for a heater. SOLUTION: According to the method, mutually opposed two connection surfaces 10a, 10a of respective objects 10, 10 to be connected together, are subjected to pretreatment and then bonded together, and a cover sheet 18 is stuck to an external side of bonded surfaces to cover the same. A pair of fixtures 19 are arranged so as to straddle both the contact surfaces 10a of the respective objects 10, 10 to be connected together, and to pinch both the objects 10, 10 to be connected together, and they are rigidly fastened together by fastening members 19a, to thereby achieve connection of the objects. In this manner, the method is implemented without requiring the dedicated connecting mold of a heavy weight or the power source for the heater, and the operator can connect the objects together in the field in a short time by employing the simple tool even if the operator is not skilled.
