PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an organic semiconductor element, which manufactures the organic semiconductor element having superior characteristics, an organic semiconductor element manufactured by such manufacturing method of the organic semiconductor element, and also to provide an organic semiconductor device and an electronic equipment, each having this organic semiconductor element, with high reliability. SOLUTION: The organic EL element (organic semiconductor element) 1 comprises: a positive electrode 3, a hole transporting layer 5; a luminous layer 6; and a negative electrode 8. The hole transporting layer (first organic semiconductor layer) 5 and the luminous layer (second organic semiconductor layer) 6 are obtained by applying processes of: preparing a first liquid material containing a first organic semiconductor material and a second liquid material containing a second organic semiconductor material; forming the first liquid material is supplied to the positive electrode 3 and a first liquid film; supplying a second liquid material on top of the first liquid film and forming a second liquid film; and solidifying the first liquid film and the second liquid film and forming the hole transporting layer and the luminous layer in one lot.
