PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable wherein countermeasures for noise, static electricity, spurious radiation, insulation, and electromagnetic waves are strengthened with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A part of a ground layer 18 internally layered in the flexible cable 10 is exposed from an opening part 22 provided in the insulator 20 of the flexible cable 10, and this ground layer 18 exposed from the opening part 22 is electrically connected to the ground 28 or the frame of another substrate 24 which is not connected to the flexible cable 10 through an extraction conductor 26. Thereby, since the ground layer 18 is directly connected with the ground or the frame by the extraction conductor 26, the ground of the ground layer 18 is more strengthened.
