PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the entering of air by certainly bonding protruded parts 38 and 39 of a stiffener 37 to inclined parts 22 and 23 of a bead core 20 having a hexagonal cross section. SOLUTION: After the bead core 20 is held at a press bonding position 36 by a holding means 36, the protruded parts 38 and 39 of the stiffener 37 are pressed to the inclined parts 22 and 23 of the bead core 20, respectively, by the rollers 47 of press bonding means 43 and 58 and by a bladder 60 press-bonded thereto over the whole peripheries thereof. Accordingly, the protruded parts 38 and 39 are certainly press-bonded to the inclined parts 22 and 23 over the whole peripheries thereof even if they are axially curved to the outside by thermal shrinkages of the extruded parts 38 and 39 and the entering of air between them is effectively prevented.
