The invention concerns a heating and cooling system adapted to exchange thermal energy with a radiant surface (11), and comprising a first heat exchanger (20, 350) adapted to exchange thermal energy with said premises by means of a first coolant, a second heat exchanger (30) having at least one exchanging surface (32), a first circuit (35) circulating said coolant between said first heat exchanger and said second heat exchanger, and further comprising a plurality of Peltier-effect cells (250, 251, 252, 253, 254), each of said cells having a first-type so-called cold surface and a second-type so-called hot surface, the plurality of cold surfaces being in direct thermal contact with said exchanging surface, and the plurality of said hot surfaces being in direct thermal contact with first thermal energy dissipating means; and an electric supply (60) of said plurality of Peltier-effect cells. |
