The piston pump has a displaceable piston in a piston guide and a rotatable cam shaft (12) with a push cam with a rising and falling cam flank. One of the two cam flanks has a cam structure (24) formed by structured grooves (26) arranged one behind the other in the rotational direction of the cam shaft and running across the rotational direction and by structured cams (28) which define the grooves. The cam structure is preferably on the cam flank which effects the radially outwardly directed stroke of the piston. |
