<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensor of high reliability which achieves miniaturization and weight reduction by structural simplification and enables cost reduction and low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In the oxygen sensor provided with a power supply 2 and an ammeter 3 for measuring the current flowing through the wire material 1 at both ends of a wire material 1, the wire material 1 comprises a composite ceramic prepared by mixing LnBa<SB>2</SB>Cu<SB>3</SB>O<SB>7-δ</SB>and Ln<SB>2</SB>BaCuO<SB>5</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
