<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel propulsion machine reducing sinking of a stern side in the state of stopping of the vessel or extremely low speed navigation without affecting a water-tight structure of an extension case or the like, provided with a buoyancy device such that attitude of a hull is extremely quickly and smoothly transferred in the state near the horizontal state at acceleration and smooth acceleration and transferring to smooth slide-navigation are accomplished and capable of avoiding interference of the buoyancy devices attached to an outboard motor at tilting when a plurality of vessel propulsion machines are particularly attached. <P>SOLUTION: The vessel propulsion machine 1 is provided with a power source room mounted to the hull and storing the power source at the inside. The vessel propulsion machine is provided with the buoyancy device 20.
