<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message exchange method of an SIP network system which can easily distribute the load on IP servers, and easily realize handoff of user terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In a first network (domain1. net), a plurality of nodes including a plurality of SIP servers SV#1, SV#2 and SV#3 and a gateway GW are connected in a ring form, and unique IP addresses "ip1", "ip2", "ip3", "ip5" and a same common host name "ps1" are assigned to all the SIP servers and the gateway GW.
