摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst layer for a fuel cell capable of improving adhesion and adhesion area between an electrolyte membrane and a catalyst layer, and to provide its manufacturing method and device. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The catalyst layer for the fuel cell is formed io such a way that catalyst layers 12a, 15a for the fuel cell are applied to a tentative substrate 50 and transferred to the electrolyte membrane 11a, before the catalyst layers 12a, 15a are transferred to the electrolyte membrane 11a, smoothing treatment is performed on the surface on the side adhering to the electrolyte membrane of the catalyst layer. (2) The manufacturing method of the catalyst layer for the fuel cell has a smoothing process applying the smoothing treatment to the surface on the side adhering to the the electrolyte membrane of the catalyst layers 12a, 15a, before the catalyst layers 12a, 15a are transferred to the electrolyte membrane. (3) The manufacturing device of the catalyst layer for the fuel cell has a pair of rolls 51, 52 for smoothing the surface on the side adhering to the electrolyte membrane of the catalyst layer by passing the tentative substrate and the catalyst layers applied to the tentative substrate through between the rolls 51, 52 before the catalyst layers 12a, 15a are transferred to the electrolyte membrane 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
