PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition exhibiting excellent lubricity over a low temperature of about -40°C and a high temperature near to 200°C; and to provide a rolling device obtained by sealing the grease composition, acting well in the above temperature range, and exhibiting a long life even at the high temperature near to 200°C. SOLUTION: The grease composition contains a base oil containing≥50 mass% diphenyl ether oil having two branched alkyl side chains based on the whole base oil.
