<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a touch sensor function capable of reducing power consumption, and to provide a driving method and a driving device thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has a display panel, a plurality of pixels formed in the said display panel, a plurality of sensor sections formed in the display panel to generate a sensor output signal on the basis of touch on the display panel, a sensor signal processing section for receiving an analog sensor data signal as the sensor output signal and for generating a digital sensor data signal with the predetermined signal processing, a first touch determination section for determining touch on the basis of the digital sensor data signal of several frames to operate in a power saving mode, and a second touch determination section for determining existence of touch and touch position on the basis of the digital sensor data signal of the said several frames to operate in a normal mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
