<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a bottle can without causing a defect such as a wrinkle formed during a neck-in process. <P>SOLUTION: A bottle can manufacturing method is provided for forming a bottle can 30 as follows: an external face paint is applied to the external face of a DI can 10, formed by deep drawing and ironing a metal plate, and an internal face paint is blown to the internal face of the DI can 10, and then the paints are dried, thereby an external face coating film 38 and an internal face coating film 37 are formed, the axial upper portion 13 of this DI can 10 is neck-in processed to form a shoulder 31 and a mouth piece 34, and a curl 33 is formed in the open end of the mouth piece 34. In the bottle can manufacturing method, when the internal face paint is blown to at least the axial upper portion 13 of the internal face of the DI can 10, the axial upper end 10d of the can to which the paint is blown is positioned at the open end 10a of the DI can 10 or below the open end 10a but higher than the lower edge of the open end 10b of the DI can 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
