PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify temperature distribution by radiation, to provide airflows from multiple directions, to improve resident's amenity and feeling of satisfaction, and to reduce burden on a body with respect to adaption to thermal environment. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system is composed of a panel 11 having a means for cooling or heating at least one or more faces among faces constituting an indoor space 1, a plurality of blowers 2, 3, 4, 5 are mounted on different positions in the indoor space 1, and the blowers have means for changing wind velocities of supplied airflow. The temperature distribution can be unified by controlling thermal environment of the indoor space 1 by heat radiation of the panel 11, and the airflows of various wind velocities are generated from multiple directions to provide the resident with appropriate stimulation.
