PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid controlled valve which prevents a big difference in attraction force from being produced even if the lengths of gap between an attraction element and a plunger are different owing to assembly errors, processing errors, etc. and provides linear flow control characteristics in a wide range. SOLUTION: The solenoid controlled valve is provided with: a coil 32 for electrified excitation, an attraction element 30A arranged on the inner peripheral side of the coil; and the plunger 40A oppositely disposed to the attraction element 30A. The valve is formed of: an outside recess 30a with cross-sectional rectangle on one side of a face part where the attraction element 30A and the plunger 40A face each other; on the other side, an outside fitting insertion part 40a with cross sectional rectangle which is made to fit loose in the outside recess 30a; on a center of upper face of the outside fitting insertion part 40a, an inside annular protrusion 40b with cross sectional perpendicular triangle of which the perpendicular part is located on outside peripheral side; and on the center of the bottom face of the outside recess 30a, an inside annular recess 30b which keeps the inside annular protrusion 40b fit loose and is cross sectional perpendicular triangle or cross sectional rectangle of which the perpendicular part is located on outside peripheral side.
