PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure of a power transmission mechanism and to reduce operation sound. SOLUTION: For tension of a looped belt 403 passing over a drive pulley 401 rotating with drive of a motor 406 and a power transmission pulley 402 rotatably provided around an axial center parallel to a rotation axial center of the drive pulley 401, the drive pulley 401 is displaced along a counter direction of the drive pulley 401 and the power transmission pulley 402 by a position adjusting mechanism 404 and a rotation position of the drive pulley 401 is fixed by a fixing mechanism 405 at an arbitral position in an adjustment range by the position adjusting mechanism 404.
