PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cushioning material from generating a positional deviation by a tightening force of a tightening belt. SOLUTION: The upper part box body 12 is provided with a tilting belt receiving part 35 which is brought into contact with a ridge part 33 on the boundary part between the upper face and the front face of a front part ceiling wall cushioning material 30, and a ridge part 34 on the boundary part between the upper face and the front face of a front wall cushioning material 29 and connects both parts under an inclined condition. This tilting belt receiving part 35 is formed by forming a pair of slits 31 extending in parallel by a specified interval on the ceiling wall 20 and the front wall 21 of the upper part box body 12, connecting both slits 31 by a connecting slit 32, and depressing a space between respective slits 31 and 32 into a channel-like shape. As a force applied on both cushioning materials 29 and 30 from the tightening belt 13 can be decreased, and dispersed into both cushioning materials 29 and 30 by this tilting belt receiving part 35, both cushioning materials 29 and 30 can be prevented from generating a positional deviation.
