PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope with concealing paper capable of preventing personal information from being stolen by changing an address of the envelope or replacing the envelope by an envelope on which another address is displayed and sending the envelope not to a right address but to another address. SOLUTION: The envelope 1 with concealing paper has an envelope 5 made by bonding three sides of each of upper envelope paper 2 and lower envelope paper 3 to leave one side open. A sealing piece 6 sealing the opening side is bound to the opening side of the lower envelope paper 3. Binding pieces 11 and 12 are connected to the opening side of the upper envelope paper 2 and the lower envelope paper 3 and the opposite bonding side respectively via perforations 9 and 10 for cutting. An address of the envelope 5 is displayed in advance on the surface of the upper envelope paper 2. The concealing paper 16 concealing the address is overlaid on the right surface of the upper envelope paper 2. One end of a pair of the opposing sides of the concealing paper 16 is connected to the sealing piece 6 via a perforation 17, and the other end of a pair of the opposing sides is bound to the binding piece 12.
