PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design of installing an air-conditioning unit on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A load carrying component 8 to support a vehicle cross-member 3 or a module carrier 9 on the body of automobile in its floor region is arranged to serve mounting of an air-conditioner unit in such a way as coupled with at least one of the casing portions 1 and 1' of an air-conditioner unit, in which the component 8 and the casing 1 of the air-conditioner unit form at least one channel 7 and 7' to allow the air-conditioned air to flow into the cabin.
