PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative panel which is excellent in cracking resistance and strength, has flexibility, and can be subjected to curved surface processing at room temperature without special treatment such as watering or thermal processing. SOLUTION: Resin-impregnated core paper in which a core substrate is impregnated with a resin liquid containing an unsaturated polyester resin as a main component is held between resin-impregnated decorative paper and a slurry-impregnated sheet in which a fiber substrate is impregnated with slurry comprising a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler. Thermoplastic resin-impregnated paper or thermoplastic resin-coated paper is arranged on the back of the slurry-impregnated sheet, and they are laminated and integrated. The blending ratio in solid between the thermoplastic resin and the inorganic filler is 1:3-1:10. The impregnation ratio of the slurry calculated by formula 1: impregnation ratio (%)=[(weight after impregnation-weight of fiber substrate)/weight of fiber substrate]×100 is 700-2,000%.
