PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring material which is not required to be attached with an adhesive on a foundation. SOLUTION: The flooring material is provided with a core layer 2 which is an elastic granule particle aggregate and a film 3 which surrounds the core layer 2. Preferably, the material 1 is a module in a form of a strip or a tile while the film 3 forms an edge 5 on at least one side of the module.
