PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladies' undergarment having cup parts designed so as to eliminate unevenness due to fat flowing to the back of a wearer, prevent a back panel from biting and/or hook-and-eye parts from getting in contact to the skin, and also stabilize cup parts. SOLUTION: The ladies' undergarment having cup parts is provided with the following: a pair of right and left cup parts; a cup base joining the right and left cup parts; a pair of right and left back panels which horizontally extend respectively from the right and left edge parts of the cup base and the edge parts of which engage with each other at the back when worn; shoulder straps respective ends of which are joined to the upper end parts of the pair of the cup parts; and a back cover cloth joining the right and left end parts of the cup base, upwardly extending so as to cover almost an upper half area of the wearer's back, and connected to the other ends of the shoulder straps at its upper end part.
