PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal access when using a non-contact IC tag corresponding to communication in a plurality of frequency bands.

SOLUTION: This non-contact IC tag 100 is equipped with a plurality of antennas 10a, 10b, 10c corresponding to a plurality of frequency bands, and an adhesive seal is attached to at least one of the plurality of antennas 10a, 10b and 10c, and the adhesive seal is peeled so that the antenna to which the adhesive seal is attached can be prevented from being used. Thus, it is possible to solve the above problem.
