<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reading device having improved user-friendliness by reducing operating burden and labor on a manager when managing articles. <P>SOLUTION: A reader 200 reads and acquires tag IDs in substantially no contact from radio tag circuit elements To1, To2 readably holding information, forms relative information for both acquired tag IDs associated with each other, and accesses a corresponding database DB to store the relative information.
