PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of the configuration of a computer system in such a way as to avoid wasting an operating part and a display part.

SOLUTION: The computer body 104 of a computer 102 controls a display part 105 so that the icons of application software executable by itself and of body terminals 106a-106n connected to a network are displayed, and executes the application software selected by an operating part 103. The operating part 103 selects any of the icons of the body terminals 106a-106n displayed by the display part 105, so that the operating part 103 functions as the operating part for any of the body terminals 106a-106n selected, and so that the display part 105 functions as the display part for any of the body terminals 106a-106n selected.
