<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an annular hollow article which remarkably improves airtight properties of the annular hollow article by simply and easily prevent a gap generated by twice overlap connections of an unvulcanized annular hollow article from being unintentionally generated on the overlapped part of the overlap connection part. <P>SOLUTION: When respective end parts of an unvulcanized rubber sheet 2 are mutually overlap-connected to make a cylindrical member 3, and then, both end parts in the axial line direction of the cylindrical member are mutually overlap-connected under their folding-back postures to make the annular hollow article, the thicknesses of respective rubber sheet parts mutually overlapped on at least both end regions of the overlap-connection parts 4 of the cylindrical member 3 are decreased by pressing by a roller 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
