PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small lighting system capable of implementing stable and sure local illumination in a normal time and even in an emergency time by connecting a small lighting system group for local places having a power backup function by communication; and to provide its network system. SOLUTION: This small lighting system 100 comprises a light source block 2 having light source units 1, a lighting control circuit 3, a communication control circuit 4, a power circuit 5, an emergency power source 6 and the like, and light sources 10 changing color thereof are controlled by communication.
