PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flex-rigid printed wiring board capable of improving reliability of connection via a conduction hole. SOLUTION: The flex-rigid printed wiring board is provided with a rigid portion where a component can be mounted, and the flexible portion connected to the rigid portion and bendable. The wiring board has a base film provided across the rigid portion and the flexible portion, a coverlay film laminated and provided on the base film, and an insulated resin layer laminated on the base film or the coverlay film in the rigid portion. A conduction hole with a conductor circuit formed on the base film surface is formed on the rigid portion, and the coverlay film is separated from the conduction hole with the conductor circuit formed on the base film.
