PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire in which a shape retention property of tires and the durability of belt layers are improved without reducing the uniformity of tread rubber. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire comprises a pair of bead cores, a carcass having a toroidal shape by winding the bead cores, tread rubber, a plurality of belt layers 6 reinforced by the carcass and a steel cord 7, and the largest value of angular displacement between the steel cord 7 with respect to an angleθc formed by the steel cord 7 and the circumferential direction of the tire at the center in the tire width direction is 3 degrees or lower in at least one of the belt layers 6.
