SOLUTION: When displaying and outputting an image (output object image) such as a camera photographic image or a television broadcast reception image to a main display unit 9; a CPU 1 specifies a person included in the image as a target region by image recognition or the like, and makes the main display unit 9 display and output the image by operating predetermined image working processing to any region other than the target region.
