PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw mechanism, effectively eliminating play without any increase in cost. SOLUTION: A nut housing 2C connects a first annular member 2A and a second annular member 2B to be adjusted in phase, whereby play between a ball 3 and a screw groove 1 can be eliminated. The female screw grooves 2a, 2b of the first annular member 2A and the second annular member 2B are provided one each, whereby it is advantageous that the axial length can be held down and the heat during working is hardly affected. Further, since the first annular member 2A and the second annular member 2B have circulation grooves 2c, 2d, it is not necessary to separately provide a piece or a tube, so that the number of parts can be decreased and the assembling efficiency can be improved.
