PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly raise the oil temperature of a transmission in cooling-down operation immediately after an engine starts. SOLUTION: A heat exchange pipe 4 is arranged in an oil pan 3 at the base of the transmission 2, and engine oil is guided from an oil filter 5 part of the engine oil circulation system through a supply pipe 6 and circulated to heat the transmission oil by the engine oil. After a temperature rise of the transmission oil, a valve 9 is switched to return the engine oil directly to a return pipe 7, by-passing the heat exchange pipe 4.
