PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which secures not only satisfactory low-temperature fixing property but toner strength and image durability as well, has electrostatic charge stability for a long period of time, does not pollute a photoreceptor surface, and achieves high image quality. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner containing a binder resin and a colorant is characterized in that the binder resin contains at least one of a crystalline resin and a non-crystalline resin and has at least one of an endotherm peak (Tm1) in a range of 55 to 100°C in the first temperature rise in DSC measurement by an ASTM method of the toner, and has a condensation peak (Tc1) in a range of 1 to 35°C than the lowest temperature peak of the endotherm peak (Tm1) in the cooling after the first temperature rise. The endotherm peak (Tm1) heat quantity Q1, the condensation peak (Tc1) heat quantity G, and the endotherm peak (Tm2) heat quantity Q2 appearing in the second temperature rise have the relations of formulas (0.5×Q1<G<0.8×Q1, 0.3×Q1<Q3<0.6×Q1).
