PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection port structure of a foundation easy in the passing of an inspection port, and easy in draining when flooded in moistureproof concrete even when the moistureproof concrete is placed up to a level higher than a lower end height level of an inspection port penetratingly arranged in an uplifting part of a continuous footing and higher than a ground surface height level of the foundation outer periphery. SOLUTION: This inspection port structure is characterized in that the moistureproof concrete 6 is placed up to the level higher than a lower end 2a height level of the inspection port 2 and higher than the height level of a ground surface 5 of the foundation outer periphery by avoiding a peripheral part of the inspection port 2 penetrating through the uplifting part 1a of the continuous footing 1, and a moistureproof member 7 is arranged between the moistureproof concrete 6 of the peripheral part of the inspection port 2 and the uplifting part 1a of the continuous footing 1.
