PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear capable of activating internal organ activity and promoting health further by stimulating the sole and moving the plantar muscle corresponding to the intention of a user. SOLUTION: By forming a projecting part 11 abutting on the root 21a of the toes 21 of a user on the footwear 10 such as slippers or sandals and constituting the projected part 11 so as to be deformed according to the energizing force of the toes 21 of the user, the toes 21 are bent and stretched easily anywhere and anytime, and the footwear 10 capable of promoting health and improving athletic ability is provided.
