PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide snack confectionery produced using a plurality of kinds of dough, and to provide a method for producing the snack confectionery. SOLUTION: This method for producing the snack confectionery comprises a process of extending a first dough in a sheet-like state, a process of extending to a sheet-like state a second dough of a different kind from the first dough, a process of superimposing the sheet-like first dough and the sheet-like second dough in a layer state, a process of pressing both the superimposed doughs from at least the upper or lower side to form a layer-like sheet, a process of cutting layer-like small pieces from the layer-like sheet, and a process of at least baking or cooking with oil the small pieces.
