<p>Knife holder (10) has a hand guard (30) for the movement of circular knife (15) following between the covering position and the release position for circular knife, is movable between two stops, which is attached to housing, such that in the release position the hand guard is at a constant distance to the periphery of lower knife. The hand guard is coupled to the drive over a frictional connection (20,21) with component moving with the circular knife. Knife holder has the moving component (13,14,25), a relative motion of which opposite the hand guard determined by the stops, which is attached to housing, is possible with the overcoming of the frictional force exerted by the frictional connection.</p> |
