<p>Self-lubricating compositions with improved friction, wear and/or melt flow properties are provided as well as a method of improving the friction, wear and/or melt flow properties of a polyester base resin. The composition includes a mixture of a polyester base resin with an aramid powder in amounts effective to provide the improved properties, and optionally, a low-density polyethylene.</p> |
