<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection device, capable of collecting operating states of facilities even if a communication means has trouble, and centrally managing information showing the operation states of the facilities as operation data. <P>SOLUTION: The data collection terminal temporarily retains operation state information collected by collecting operation state information of facilities as facility-based files every predetermined time and transmits the held files to an information center through a communication line every predetermined time. The information center includes an operation database holding operation state information of each file contained in the transmitted files; a rule holding means holding a format of the files formed by the temporary storage means and a registration rule of the operation database; and a database registration means interpreting and registering the files transmitted by the collection terminal to the operation database according to the registration rule held by the rule holding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
