<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the replacement of an inverter before a failure and to reduce the number of failures due to a secular change, by clarifying the criterion of a deteriorating condition due to pollution in a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator maintenance device comprises: a casing environment detector 11 for detecting environment in the casing 10 for an inverter device 6 which controls an induction motor 7 for driving the elevation of a car and which is stored in the predetermined casing 10; and an inverter deterioration determiner 15 consisting of a determining part 16 for comparing a detected value for the detected environment in the casing 10 with a predetermined reference value to determine the deteriorating condition of the inverter device 6, a signal processing part 17 for generating at least one of a deterioration signal showing the deteriorating condition of the inverter device 6 and a replacement signal showing a replacing timing in accordance with the determination result, and a warning part 18 for outputting the deterioration signal or the replacement signal generated by the signal processing part 17 to warn of the deteriorating condition of the inverter device 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
