PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for a hand tool which has improved turning ability and following capability to a surface to be worked. SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool for the hand tool to be mounted on a barrel of the hand tool such as a grinder for keeping a posture of the hand tool with respect to the surface to be worked includes an auxiliary tool body 12 detachably fixed to the barrel, and wheels 24 mounted on the body 12 in a manner to be rotatable around a shaft in the direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the hand tool and rolling on the surface S to be worked.
