PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label excellent in productivity and resistance to hydrolysis as well, and suitably usable for a nickel metal hydride battery in particular, and to provide a packaging container for a storage battery which uses it. SOLUTION: The in-mold label is the one in which a heat-adherent resin layer, an adhesive layer, a metal foil, an adhesive layer and a heat-adherent resin layer are laminated in this order. The adhesive layer is characterized in that it is formed from a fluorine-containing copolymer containing a hydroxyl group and a curing agent reactive with the hydroxyl group of the fluorine-containing copolymer.
