PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and jog management method with high processing efficiency. SOLUTION: The apparatus executes a job accompanied with contents, and includes: a job list for managing states of jobs; a page list for managing the state of contents for each page; and a job management means 102 for interrupting a slave job 11 utilizing a module 103 to be re-initiated when there is a re-initiation request of the module 103 within the present apparatus during the operation of a plurality of slave jobs 11-14 derived from a job, and restarting the slave job 11 based on the job list after re-initiation.
